The third 'TDCP Cholistan Jeep rally', an important event of the Visit Pakistan Year, will be held from March 9 to 11 in Cholistan desert. Sources in Tourism Development Corporation Punjab (TDCP) said on Monday that organisers have already started registration for the rally, which will continue till March 6.
Pakistani as well as foreign drivers will be participating in this exciting rally being held in conformity with the international standards. According to details, this year the track has been lengthened and made more adventurous.
The winner of the Dubai Jeep Rally is expected to take part thus further increasing the interest of local drivers. Prize money for first position is Rs 150,000, Rs 110,000 for second and Rs 75,000 for third in each of the three categories based on engine power of the cars.
