Non-affiliated trade groups asked to get registered

Faisalabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FCCI) has directed all those trade groups, which have no association on national level, to get themselves registered with FCCI. It further instructed that it was necessary for a group to have five members besides having no tax defaulter status. The president or chairman of the said group should also come through electoral process.
It said that a group member, as per law should take part in election process for the three special seats of the chamber on behalf of their group. In this way, the member should use the chamber platform for their business cause in more effective manner.
