I would be glad to participate with the organisers in staging International Housing Exhibition on 29-31 July 2005. An Exhibition on Housing Industry was long over-due, to renovate the existing badly made buildings and to monitor those which have been approved in the recent past, so that quality of life of inhabitants is improved.
I am hopeful that the International Housing Exhibition will not only achieve its objectives but the complaint of public that the commitment made by the Builders are not being honoured will also be put for redressal. It is important for aggrieved persons that KBCA should develop a mechanism to make the defaulting Builders accountable.
In so far as "Housing for Low-Income Group" is concerned, I have planned to engage Consultants for making 80* 120* homes on TURNKEY basis, in the new development schemes. By so doing we will fully protect the allottees and will give proper infrastructure, uniformity and quality construction and save them from the hassles.
I wish to congratulate KBCA, ABAD and the associated stakeholders for joining hand in accelerating a dormant Housing Industry through this exhibition.
