Indian Interior Minister Sanjeev Patil has said that talks between India and Pakistan are the only instrument for Kashmir solution.
While talking in a BBC programme, he said: "We always said that the talks are the only way or instrument through which one can try to solve the Kashmir problem."
Patil said: "Whatever has been done and what is helpful we will keep that mind and will make it more effective to solve the issue".
