Pakistan Navy's annual maritime exercises Seapark-2004 and Pak-Saudi joint naval exercise Naseem-Al-Behr concluded on Monday in Arabian sea with an impressive display of firepower involving firing of missiles by ships and aircraft successfully hitting the targets.
Minister for Defence Rao Sikandar Iqbal and Finance Minister Shaukat Aziz, along with Chief of Naval Staff Admiral Shahid Karimullah, high ranking officials, senior armed forces officers onboard PNS Nasr witnessed the firepower demonstration and different manoeuvres of ships, submarines and aircraft involved in the exercise.
They appreciated the professionalism and performance of navies of both the brotherly countries.
The exercise involved all formations and units of Pakistan Navy, including active participation of ships from brotherly country of Saudi Arabia.
