The Lahore High Court Bar Association (LHCBA), while appreciating the struggle of the Alliance for Restoration of Democracy (ARD), has announced all-out support in its 'Musharraf Hatao-Pakistan Bachao' campaign.
While talking to the newsmen President LHCBA Hafiz Abdur Rehman Ansari and other office bearers of the Bar have said that General Musharraf should be tried under Article 06 of the constitution on the charge of removing an elected Prime Minister.
They said that lawyers' community would continue its struggle for the revival of the constitution in its original shape.
They said that lawyers' community is already struggling for independence of judiciary and supremacy of law.
They were of the view that due to policies of Pervez Musharraf, future of the country is at stake.
The nation should forge unity in its ranks to get rid of present rulers, they asserted.
