The Ministry of Human Resource Development, Education & Cultural Affairs of Sri Lanka has informed that they need the services of an International Consultant to provide technical assistance as the Procurement Advisor for the Second General Education Project.
Qualifications: Master Degree in a relevant field. 20 years experience on procurement activities in Public Sector preferably in South Asian Country. 10 years experience in World Bank funded Projects or as a Procurement Specialist attached to the World Bank.
