Singapore bunker prices were mixed on Monday with 380-centistoke (cst) material steady to stronger and 180-cst down with crude.
But traders said the market looked stronger as buying picked up following the Lunar New Year holiday, traders said.
Singapore 380-cst prices were quoted at $174/$176 a tonne, steady to $1.00 stronger than the last active trading session on Wednesday.
Prices for 180-cst were pegged at $179/$181 a tonne, down $1.00 from the previous session.
Inquiry levels were heard at about 10,000 tonnes, a touch below Singapore's daily market average of 12,500 tonnes.
Marine gas oil prices in Singapore firmed by about $2 to $314/$316 a tonne, traders said.
