The AJK president Major General Sardar Muhammad Anwar Khan (Retd) has termed Indian government's parlays with an APHC faction is the fulfillment of Indian designs to divide Kashmiris.
In an interview, he said that such talks with the like minded group are against the so-called claims announced by India for bringing peace in the region as few Kashmiris are not the representatives of the Kashmiri nation.
He said that India is sincere, it should talk with the real representatives of APHC.
Muhammad Anwar said that President Musharraf's address reflects the hopes of the nation and added that he is sincere and heading towards right direction. He said that Kashmiris reposes their confidence in the leadership of the President Musharraf.
He said that Kashmiris have to be included in the talks at any stage. He said that all the Kashmiris are united on one point agenda of freedom from the Indian clutches.
Rejecting the possibility of an independent Kashmir, Sardar Anwar said that a landlocked country can't exist on the map of the world.
To a question, he said that majority of Kashmir people want annexation with Pakistan.
Talking to a delegation of Narh Punch, the President said that people should monitor the development schemes.
He assured the delegation that government will extend all possible efforts strict action will be taken against those found irresponsible in completing the schemes.
He said the main aim of the government is developed the neglected far flung areas and to bring prosperity for the people.
