Punjab Chief Minister Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi on Sunday directed IG Police to prepare a list of proclaimed offenders as well as launch an operation for apprehending criminals and their patrons in the province.
He also ordered arrest of the murderers of Ibne Masud Dogar.
He was talking to journalists after offering condolences with MPA Malik Zulqarnain Dogar over the death of his brother, Ibne Masud Dogar, in Sheikhupura.
The Chief Minister said that criminal elements were a menace and government was taking strict action against them as well as their patrons.
