Pop star Justin Bieber revealed that his ex-girlfriend Selena Gomez is an inspiration behind his upcoming album. He is making new full length music album keeping Gomez and their long relationship in mind.
According to foreign media reports, Bieber said in an interview, “I think a lot of my inspiration comes from (Gomez). It was a long relationship that created heartbreak and created happiness and a lot of different emotions that I wanted to write about. There's a lot of that on this album”.
“I want to tell my story, but I also want to give people hope. I lost hope for a while, I was in a dark place, but it's about getting out of that rut. It's about knowing there's sunshine on the other side,” he added.
Selena-Justin had the most on-and-off relationship for many years. They started dating in 2010, and ended their relationship in January 2013. They were seen together many times after that too.
Former Disney princess knows that her relationship with Justin is inspiring much of his new music and while she’s cool with hearing tunes about the good times, she’s petrified that he’ll want to sing about all the bad times, as well. “Selena is really worried that Justin is going to write about her in his new music. She’s freaking out that he’s going to diss her. They barely speak and she doubts he’s going to let her listen to his music before it’s released,” a source revealed to Hollywood Life.
