imageISLAMABAD: German Ambassador to Pakistan Dr. Cyrill Nunn and Dr. Tilo Klinner, CG of Germany were briefed on the working of Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP) by its chief executive on Friday.

The German diplomats were informed about the trade volume of Pakistan and Germany and exhibitions being organized by TDAP in Germany.

The TDAP chief executive said that he was trying his level best to make the authority a best TPO in the world and had introduced corporate culture in the organization, says a press release.

The guests were informed of the support which TDAP is providing to the exporters and trade bodies.

The role of Pakistani embassies and commercial sections was also discussed. The commercial counsellors were appointed by the Ministry of Commerce, but they were responsible to TDAP, it was told. The chief executive highlighted the positive points of the government of Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif.

The overall business environment in Pakistan was also discussed.
