KARACHI: Shaharyar Mahar, Leader for Opposition in the Sindh Assembly on Wednesday said to had despatched the names from opposition parties for the tribunal constituted to ascertain facts related to ongoing tragedy in Thar.
Talking to journalists, he dispelled the impression that any delay on part of opposition parties in submitting names of its representatives for tribunal was hindering urgent inception of the warranted investigation.
Mahar said despite denial from the government quarters the situation with specific reference to mortality of children and food scarcity in general at Thar was deteriorating.
