imagePESHAWAR: Chief Minister Complaints & Redressal Cell (C&RC) disposed off four complaints and redressed the grievances of the complainants.

The first complaint was received from Qadir Khan son of Nazim Khan, resident of Village Nar Gul Hassan Shah against not arrest of three accused including Afzal son of Shaista Khan, Alamgir Khan son of Afzal Khan and Zeshan son of Afzal Khan.

The Complaints' Cell forwarded the complaint to DPO Lakki Marwat for report and in response, the DPO took strict action and arrested all three accused, who are now facing regular trial in the competent court of law.

In second complaint, Attaullah son of Mohammad Rasool, resident of Gumbada Maira, Mingora, Swat complained against Himayatullah, Commercial Assistant, Office of Assistant Manager (C,S) Revenue PESCO Swat.

The complaint was forwarded to the Executive PESCO Peshawar for conducting inquiry.

The chief executive responded that penalty of "Reduction in time scale by one step for one year" had been imposed upon Himayatullah, Commercial Assistant, Office of the Assistant Manager (C,S) Revenue PESCO Swat. The complaint has thus satisfactorily been redressed.

In fourth complaint, one Taimur Khan son of Niaz Ali, resident of Moh: Ghazi Gul Baba, Village Serdheri, District Charsadda lodged a complaint against Asfandyar, Computer Operator, Excise and Taxation Office, Charsadda regarding non-deposit of Token Tax.

The said complaint was forwarded to Director General (D.G) Excise & Taxation Department, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Peshawar to furnish report. In response, the DG intimated that Asfandyar, Computer Operator has been transferred and replaced by an efficient computer operator and the computer system was fully functional now.

In fourth complaint, a complainant, Noor Mohammad son of Riaz Ahmad, resident of Village Jhanda, Tehsil and District Swabi complained against the Patwar Halqa, Swabi for an open departmental enquiry with regard to the partition of disputed property and not showing as co-sharer in the Naqshajaat.

The complaint cell addressed the said complaint to the SMBR for conducting inquiry. In response, thereof, the SMBR furnished the inquiry report wherein Yusuf Ali Patwari was suspended and his two increments were stopped.
