‘The Pakistan Fashion Design Council’ (PFDC) is all set to start its 4th Pakistan’s bridal fashion week to be held from September 30 to October 2, 2014 in Lahore in collaboration with Loreal Paris.
PFDC L’Oréal Paris Bridal Week 2014 will feature sixteen bridal showcases, including a Debut Show facilitated by Official PFDC Banking Partners Bank Alfalah, whose continued support to fashion has positively contributed to the development of Pakistan’s emerging design talent. PFDC L’Oréal Paris Bridal Week 2014 endeavors to define and present both contemporary and traditional Pakistani bridal fashion, jewellery and make-up trends, fusing to create the ‘Look’ for the bridal season 2014 – 2015, local media reported.
According to media reports, the event will showcase collections of various designers including Ali Xeeshan Theatre Studio, Fahad Hussayn, HSY, Karma, Misha Lakhani, Nickie Nina, Nomi Ansari, Sana Safinaz, Sania Maskatiya, Shamaeel Ansari and Zara Shahjahan. The PFDC will also be providing participating designers with promotional exhibition space to showcase their collections at the PFDC Boulevard Lahore store after the fashion extravaganza concludes.
The luxury brand ‘Loreal Paris’ is also expected to unveil its new bridal make-up kit in an upcoming event.
The show will be produced and choreographed by Hasan Sheheryar Yasin (HSY), the leading fashion designer of Pakistan along with Loreal Paris, the luxury beauty brand and the in-house PFDC production team.
