ISLAMABAD: The by-elections in the constituency vacated by Javed Hashmi would be held on October 16, announces Election Commission of Pakistan.
According to schedule issued by Election Commission of (ECP) NA-149 Multan II the nomination papers would be received on September 22 and 23 and their scrutiny would be held on September 24, 25.
Candidates can withdraw their names by September 30 and the final list of the candidates would be published next day.
President Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) had resigned from the seat.
