DONETSK: Russia and Ukraine on Saturday agreed a procedure which would allow a Russian humanitarian aid convoy to cross the Ukrainian border, a Red Cross official announced.
"The two governments agreed on how to proceed with the inspection of the contents and the preparations for the convoy," said Pascal Cuttat, representative of the International Committee of the Red Cross in Russia.
