According to IBTimes the release date of Amir Khan’s upcoming film ‘PK’ has been pulled a week forward from December 25th to 19th, 2014.
The Rajkumar Hirani directed film, which also features Anushka Sharma and Sanjay Dutt, will be releasing during the Christmas season, which so far has been considered lucky for Aamir.
Blockbuster hits including ‘Taare Zameen Par’ ‘Dhoom 3’ and ‘3 Idiots’ have been released during the season.
"Vinod Chopra Films and Rajkumar Hirani Films, in association with DisneyIndia, confirm that P.K. shall release on Dec 19, 2014," Disney India revealed, according to IBTimes.
Moreover, the film has also averted the clash with Ranbir Kapoor’s ‘Bombay Velvet’, which was also seeing the December 25th release.
