Shah Rukh's 'Happy New Year' to be distributed by YRF

According to the Press Trust of India, Yash Raj Films has acquired the worldwide distribution rights for Shah Rukh Khan starrer ‘Happy New Year’.

The action-comedy film is directed by Farah Khan and is produced by Shah Rukh under his production banner ‘Red Chillies Entertainment’.

The film features Deepika Padukone and SRK in the leads alongside Abhishek Bachchan, Boman Irani, Sonu Sood and Vivaan Shah in supporting roles.

It is slated to release on October 24^th 2014.
