SIALKOT: Federal Minister for Science and Technology Zahid Hamid has said loyal workers were a precious asset of the PML-N and the party was taking workers into confidence for potential candidates to contest the LB Polls.
He said this while talking to the media, party workers and local notables at Pasrur here on Sunday.
The minister said the PML-N government had provided great relief to people after controlling loadshedding to a great extant.
Zahid Hamid said the PM Youth Loan Scheme was a revolutionary step by the PML-N government which would create new opportunities of employment besides opening new vistas for women and youth to play a pivotal role in strengthening economy.
The minister said the PML-N government was taking keen interest in resolving problems of women, youth, skilled and educated persons on priority.
Zahid Hamid said the PML-N government was implementing several revolutionary steps to pull the country and the nation out of persisting energy crisis besides tackling the internal and external issue amicably in the larger national interests.
He said the PML-N government was strengthening the institutions in the country and promoting democracy and democratic norms and values besides putting the country on way to political and economical stability. He added that the PML-N would continue serving the masses without any political indiscrimination.
Earlier, talking to a delegation of traders, Zahid Hamid warmly welcomed the approval of `GSP-Plus` status for Pakistan by the European Parliament.
He greeted the business community on the status, saying that award of the status shows confidence of international markets in the excellent quality of Pakistani products.
