imageKARACHI: Former Federal Minister for Commerce Amin Fahim has filed petition in Sindh High Court (SHC), seeking protective bail in NICL scam case excusing that he is abroad at the moment.

It should be mentioned that on Monday, a provincial anti-corruption court issued non-bailable arrest warrants against Fahim and seven others in the case.

Amin Fahim in the petition filed through his counsel, prayed the court to grant him two-week protective bails as he was out of the country.

Fahim said that he would come back to Pakistan on April 17.
