IHC adjourns Hajveri Trust's appeal indefinitely

ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Wednesday adjourned indefinitely hearing of an appeal challenging the Accountability Court's decision to freeze the bank accounts of Hujveri Trust, which was headed by former finance minister Ishaq Dar.

An IHC bench comprising Justice Aamer Farooq and Justice Mohsin Akther Kiyani heard the appeal filed by Hajveri Trust's counsel Qazi Misbah against the decision of trial court.

The court served notices to the respondents nominated in the petition and adjourned the hearing for date in office.
