The World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) universe was left in shock and awe once again, as Jinder Mahal beat Randy Orton to become the WWE Champion at backlash, last night.
Orton who was the heavy favourite to win the bout lost to Mahal, who has seen a meteoric rise from being a member of downtrodden 3MB stable to become the number one contender, and now the WWE champ.

However, there were few who appreciated WWE’s latest move, as the company look for fresher talents to represent the brand. Others term Jinder victory as a sign of an end to racism in WWE.
