LHC CJ grants one advance increment to district judiciary

LAHORE: Lahore High Court (LHC) Chief Justice Syed Mansoor Ali Shah on Wednesday granted one advance increment to judges and staff of the Punjab district judiciary over disposing of a large number of pending cases in short time.

According to a LHC notification, the chief justice had granted the increment in recognition of devotion by the judges and their staff in discharge of their duties, dispensation of speedy justice and reduction of alarming pendency.

All judicial officers (Both cadre and ex-cadre), including the judicial officers working at the LHC and entire staff of Punjab district judiciary would benefit from the step.
