Forbes has released the list of 100 highest-paid celebrities of the World and Hollywood actors Dwayne Johnson and Taylor Swift has topped the list.
Forbes reports that Swift pulled in $170 million in 2015 thanks to her behemoth 1989 World Tour. She beat out actors and musicians like Kenny Chesney, Garth Brooks, and the Rolling Stones to grossing about $250 million in ticket sales worldwide.
Swift is ahead of Madonna at No. 12 with $76.5 million, Rihanna at No. 13 with $75 million, Adele at No. 9 with $ 80.5 million, and Katy Perry at No. 63 with $41 million.
On the other hand, Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson has vowed to work even harder after being named the world's highest paid actor by Forbes magazine. It’s because, despite the many reasons his films shouldn’t work, they do and they’re massive multimillion dollar hits. ‘San Andreas’ alone fell just shy of making half a billion at the box office.
