LAHORE: PML-N Punjab President Pervaiz Malik MNA has said rallies and protests can only interrupt the progress and development of the country.
Commenting on Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan public address, he told APP on Sunday that Pakistan Muslim League-N government was focusing on development and well-being of the masses.
He said PTI should admit the fact that people would give vote in next general elections only on the basis of performance.
"Incumbent government is working round the clock to eliminate terrorism and to overcome electricity load-shedding from the country," he added.
He said economic progress could not be halted through election rigging or Panama papers baseless allegations.
Pervaiz Malik said a commission which would be constituted would make the things crystal clear.-
