Today, ‘Karachi Kings’ will face off ‘Quetta Gladiators’ in their high-voltage Pakistan Super League (PSL), at Dubai International Stadium.
The two teams have been led by Shoaib Malik and Sarfaraz Ahmed respectively while international T20 stars Shakib Al Hasan, Ravi Bopara, James Vince, and Luke Wright, Kumar Sangakkara and Elton Chigumbura and many others will also shine on the third day.
1st match of PSL 2016 was played Between ‘Islamabad United’ and ‘Quetta Gladiators’, after ‘Quetta Gladiators’ defeated ‘Islamabad United’ in the opening match by 8 wickets at Dubai cricket stadium. In the second match of the Pakistan Super League ‘Karachi Kings’ defeated ‘Lahore Qalandars’ by seven wickets. Pakistani fast bowler Mohammad Amir, who earlier playing his first match in the event performed a hat-trick to help ‘Karachi Kings’ restrict ‘Lahore Qalandars’ to 125 for eight in the allotted 20 overs. In the end, Shakib Al-Hasan was named the Player of the Match for his all round performance in the match.
While, ‘Peshawar Zalmi’ beat ‘Islamabad United’ by 24 runs in the third of the inaugural Pakistan Super League (PSL).
First ever international T20 league of Pakistan, total 5 times are taking part in this event from Pakistan. These teams are ‘Islamabad United’, ‘Quetta Gladiators’, ‘Peshawar Zalmi’, ‘Lahore Qalanders’, ‘Karachi Kings’.
