imageYes, it’s is one of the easiest recipe you have ever tried at home, and delicious too. You can make this mouth watering caramel pudding, by the simplest ingredients which are available in everybody’s kitchen. Caramel pudding is very refreshing for Ramadan too, because it is very light which melts in your mouth, with great taste. It won’t take so much time, it get ready approximately in 30 minutes.

INGREDIENTS

· ½ Kg Milk

· 7 Eggs

· 1 cup Sugar

· 1 tbsp Vanilla essence

· 4 tbsp Sugar

DIRECTION

1. Take a nonstick pan and add 30 gms of sugar. Keep the flame low and let it caramelize. Once its golden colour, switch off the flame. Pour the caramel into a glass bowl. Make sure the base of the bowl is evenly spread with caramel.

2. Boil the milk and let it cool.

3. Whisk the eggs and sugar till it’s fluffy. Add the boiled milk. Stir it so that it’s mixed well. Strain this into the glass bowl.

4. On a double boiler keep the glass bowl in oven at 190 degree Celsius for 40-45 minutes. You can also use different shapes of moulds to give it amazing look.

5. Insert a knife and if it comes out clean, switch off the oven and take the pudding out. Let it cool.

6. Run a knife along the rim of the bowl so that the pudding could be inverted to a plate.

7. Refrigerate it and serve.
