The accused was owning Rs. 612,000 in his five bank accounts while his foreign currency accounts had 566 eurou, 698 US dollars and 498 Brithish pounds.
It prayed the court to acquit former president in these case and send the references back to chairman NAB so that the petitioner's name could be excluded from it.
