SARGODHA: District Police on Monday claimed to have arrested five drug dealers and seized narcotics, illegal weapons from their possession.
Police spokesman said that on the direction of DPO the police teams of different police stations conducted raids in their jurisdiction and arrested five accused identified as Shahnawaz, Majid, Nasir Maseh, Muhammad Imtiaz and Abdullah.
Police also recovered 801 grams heroin, 1200 grams Charas, one Gun 12 bore and one Rifle 44 bore along with bullets and cartridges from them.
Police have registered separate cases against the accused.
