QUETTA: The valley here Tuesday noon received snowfall creating great excitment among the citizens of the city.
The mountains surrounding Quetta valley including Koh Zarghoon, Koh Takato, Koh Chiltan and Koh Murdar have already received heavy snowfall late Monday night, wearing white blanket of snow.
According to Met Office, Quetta valley may also receive more snowfall late Tuesday night.
The mercury dropped to minus temperature as the lowest minimum temperature was recorded at minus 2 to 4 in Quetta valley.
The reports reaching here said that snowfall also continued lashing in the outskirts and adjoining areas of the provincial capital.
The people came out of their houses to enjoy snowfall.
