BUCHAREST: The Romanian central bank's foreign exchange reserves, excluding 103.7 tonnes of gold, were virtually flat on the month at 31.2 billion euros ($41.3 billion) at the end of December, the bank said on Thursday.
Inflows and outflows were both at roughly 2.1 billion euros. Payments to service external public and publicly guaranteed debt maturing in January totalled 135.1 million euros.
