QUETTA: A special Court of Anti Terrorist Quetta-I has rejected the application of transfer of Nawab Akbar Khan Bugti's murder case to a session court.
A case was registered against former President Pervez Musharraf, former Prime Minister Shaukat Aziz, former Interior Minister Aftab Ahmed Sherpao, former Governor Balochistan Owais Ahmed Ghani, former Chief Minister Balochistan Jam Muhammad Yousuf and former provincial Home Minister Shoaib Nosharwani on Nawab Akbar Khan Bugti's murder case registered by Nawabzada Jamil Bugti.
Aftab Ahmed Sherpao had given an application to ATC, saying this case was not of Anti Terrorist Court thus it may be transferred to session court.
A judge of Anti Terrorist Court Quetta-I Mr. Muhammad Ismail here on Monday rejected the application of Aftab Sherpao and said that the case comes within the jurisdiction of ATC.
