ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Raja Pervez Ashraf on Monday said promotion of the country's culture can plan an effective role in presenting its real image.
The Prime Minister expressed these views in a meeting with Federal Minister for National Heritage and Integration, Samina Khalid Ghurki at the Prime Minister House here.
The Prime Minister observed that cultural exchange was the best way to cement relations with other countries as people get an opportunity to learn from each other.
He asked the Minister to ensure implementation of cultural exchange agreements with friendly countries.
The Minister apprised about the affairs of the Ministry and its attached institutions.
She also briefed the Prime Minister about the Executive Programme of Cultural Cooperation between Pakistan and China signed during the visit of Li Changchun, Member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of Communist Party of China Central Committee, (CPCCC) to Pakistan in October 2012.
