KARACHI: On Wednesday until mid day, KSE-100 Index was at 14,738.61 with a positive change of 66.37 and volume of 29,277,620 shares. High and Low were 14762.00 and 14672.24 respectively. Total volume traded in the market was 39,729,570 shares with 216 total traded companies out of which 123 were up, 73 were down and 20 were unchanged.

Electricity sector was the top traded sector with total traded volume of 11,879,000 shares. It was followed by Construction and Materials sector with a total traded volume of 7,870,600 shares.

The three top traded companies were K.E.S.C. with a volume of 10,837,500 and price per share of 4.25 (0.57), D.G.K.Cement with a volume of 3,864,000 and price per share of 47.01 (0.69) and Quice Food with a volume of 2,740,000 and price per share of 3.24 (1.00).

The top three advancers were UniLever Pak with price per share of 8548.00 (148.00), Wyeth Pak Limited with price per share of 1000.00 (25.00) and Exide (PAK) XD with price share of 236.95 (11.28).

The top three decliners were Millat Tractors.with price per share of 546.00 (-5.63), National Refinery.with price per share of 229.00 (-2.31) and Linde Pakistan Ltd with price per share of 133.00 (-2.28).
