Fesco drive against power theft continues

On the special directives of Ministry of Energy (Power Division) Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO) Shafiq ul Hassan is taking keen interest in combing operation against power theft in FESCO region. During the last 48 hours86 power pilferers caught red handed.

According to details, on special directives of Secretary Energy Irfan Ali anti power theft combing operation is at its peak in FESCO region.

During this operation special task forces are checking the electricity theft door to door. Superintending Engineer (TS) Rai Muhammad Asghar is leading this operation while CEO FESCO Shafiq ul Hassan is personally checking the electricity meters during this combing operation.

Last day, he along with different FESCO task forces and SE (Technical Services) Rai Muhammad Asghar visited the areas of Bhawana, Bukharian and Chiniot Sub Divisions and checked the electricity meters
