PSQCA on Wednesday sealed an illegal cosmetics factory, seizing huge quantity of prepared stock in Khanpur. Special team of two officers raided the factory situated at Old Cinema Road Khanpur and found skin cream and shampoo of different brands were being producing illegally, without following any standard.
