Coronavirus spectre

It is indeed a matter of great satisfaction that no case of coronavirus has been reported in Pakistan. It is also heartening to note that all ministries and divisions of government are on board to tackle coronavirus patients when and where found in the country.

I have been closely following the spectre of coronavirus since its outbreak in Wuhan, China, since December. I don't know whether or not our government has the capacity or ability to deal with the situation, if, God forbid, positive cases of this deadly virus are reported in Pakistan. Insofar as China's role in dealing with this challenge is concerned, I salute the Chinese authorities for working harder to contain the virus.
