With the cost of Rs 110 million, the new Grid Station of Lahore General Hospital (LGH) is now fully functional making it possible to provide uninterrupted power supply to the hospital. Principal Postgraduate Medical Institute & Amiruddin Medical College Prof Sardar Mohammad Al-Fareed Zafar has thanked the Punjab government, especially the Provincial Health Minister Dr. Yasmin Rashid for the timely construction and completion of this new Grid Station.

He said that the Lahore General Hospital will now get direct electricity of 132 kV from National Grid Station.
