The spokesperson for Power Division while clarifying a news item "Govt-IPP out-of-court settlement agreement in limbo" carried by Business Recorder yesterday termed it as factually incorrect. The spokesperson said that the summary on the matter has been circulated and comments from AG office are awaited. This is normal process being followed by the Govt in such matters. There is no "limbo" in the matter.
