Baidarie Sialkot is maintaining satisfactory pace to raise awareness, mobilize communities and enroll beneficiaries for distribution of "Sehat Insaf Cards" in Sialkot. After the process launched on Oct 1, 2019 with the support provided by the district administration, the organization has handed over Sehat Insaf Card to more than 87,000 persons out of total 164696 registered beneficiaries all across the four tehsils of district Sialkot.
In addition the organization has distributed the cards to more than 160,000 persons out of 226394 registered beneficiaries in Okara District and more than 109,000 persons out of 166413 registered beneficiaries in Sahiwal District. The organization hopes to complete the process of distribution of Sehat Insaf Cards till Dec 15, 2019 in all the three districts.
Prof Arshid Mehmood Mirza Executive Director Baidarie told newsmen on Monday that Sehat Sahulat Program is the most tangible milestone towards social welfare reforms as it ensures that the identified underprivileged citizens across the country get access to their entitled medical health care in a swift and dignified manner without any financial obligations.
