This is with reference to a news item "Pakistan Telecommunications Company Limited (PTCL) urged to improve services in SITE area," published in Business Recorder dated October 30, 2019, PTCL spokesperson Fariha Tahir Shah has clarified that due to underground fault, phone lines in the Industrial SITE area were out of order. PTCL is working diligently to restore services in the area and has deployed the lines through aerial wires in order to provide timely and superior services to its customers.

Moreover, we are pleased to update that as of now more than 75% of the phone lines have been restored and the remaining lines are being rectified, which will become operational soon. We deeply regret the inconvenience caused to our valued customers and assure them that our technical teams are working to resolve this issue on priority.
