Bilawal ‘unconditionally’ supports government’s efforts to ‘engage the world’
Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto said that although he has many reservations about Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan and his undemocratic politics, he will 'unconditionally' support government's efforts to engage the world.
The premier is on a three-day official visit to the Unites States on the invitation of President Donald Trump. Speaking about PM's visit, Bilawal took to his Twitter handle and shared his two cents on the official trip.
The PPP chairman said that he believes that the premier's conduct abroad particularly his 'jalsa' is unbecoming of a PM who is supposed to represent Pakistan not just Pakistan Tehreek-Insaf. However, he continued that 'in the greater national interest' everyone should support Pakistan’s efforts to engage with the global community. "I therefore unconditionally support government's efforts. Will always provide constructive criticism when needed but will always support Pakistan first," he added.
Having said that in the greater national interest everyone should support Pakistan’s efforts to engage the world. I therefor unconditionally support governments efforts. Will always provide constructive criticism when needed but will always support 🇵🇰 first. 2/2 #TrumpHostsKhan

I‘ve many reservations about our PM, his undemocratic politics & economically fatal polices. I also believe much of his conduct abroad particularly his jalsa is unbecoming of a PM who is supposed to represent 🇵🇰 not just PTI. 1/2 #TrumpHostsKhan
