KARACHI: Consul General of Kuwait H.E. Mohammad Abdullah Al-Khaledi called on Governor Sindh Mr. Imran Ismail at Governor House here today. Imad-Al-Ansari from Kuwait Petroleum was also present on the occasion.
On the occasion, matter related to bilateral relations between the two brotherly country were discussed extensively and it was mutually agreed that cordiality between the two was equally beneficial for the region.
Governor Sindh said that Pak- Kuwait relations are decades old and there ties based on mutual respect are further strengthening with passage of time.
He said that Karachi is the economic Hub of Pakistan and provides ample opportunities for foreign investment as law and order situation improved which is conducive for soci- economic activities.
He welcomed the Kuwaiti investors to invest in different sectors, which will also help in reducing the unemployment and poverty from the province particularly from Karachi. Investment from Kuwait would also increase the prosperity of the region, he added.
