QUETTA: Chief Minister Balochistan Jam Kamal on Tuesday said that education, health, energy and restoration of peace in the province are among government’s top priorities.
He expressed these views while addressing a press conference along with cabinet members here today. He said on time completion of development projects and law making are essential aspects of provincial government’s enactment.
He further said that work on the PSDP approved by Provincial Assembly has been instigated, according to judicial orders. Provincial cabinet in 2018 has set up a Committee to resolve issues regarding PSDP, he added. The CM said there are around 411 incomplete development schemes on which no work was done in recent year.
A total of 1500 schemes have been included in ongoing venture of development, he added. He said that construction and renovation of roads is essential for rapid development. “The government has primed many reforms that will help to increase provincial revenue”, he added.
