The House Business Advisory Committee of the National Assembly met with Speaker Asad Qaiser in the chair on Tuesday to discuss the business for the session of the National Assembly.
The agenda and ways and means to run the proceedings of the current session of the National Assembly were discussed. It was decided that the session would be prorogued on Tuesday on conclusion of its business.
It was further decided that apart from private members business, matters of public importance would be discussed.
The meeting was attended by the Federal Ministers Pervez Khattak, Makhdoom Shah Mahmood Hussain Qureshi, Shafqat Mahmood and Dr Shireen M Mazari, Minister of State Ali Muhammad Khan and MNAs Asad Umar, Muhammad Aslam Bhootani, Rana Tanveer Hussain, Iqbal Muhammad Ali Khan, Khurram Dastagir Khan, Ch Hamid Hameed, Murtaza Javed Abbasi and Syed Ghulam Mustafa Shah.
