The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has decided to arrest former president and Pakistan People's Party (PPP) Co-Chairman Asif Ali Zardari in a mega money laundering case. Sources said that Chairman NAB former Justice Javed Iqbal approved issuance of arrest warrants against the former president in the mega money laundering case.
The bureau will submit warrants to an Islamabad High Court (IHC) bench hearing bail petitions of Zardari on June 10. NAB will arrest Zardari if IHC did not extend former president's bail during the next hearing, they said.
