Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Punjab President Rana Sanaullah has said that Lahore is a safe city and the terrorism incident in the provincial capital is government's failure. Talking to media, Rana said that today's incident is a proof of government's failure and inability and it appears that the government is not interested to fulfill its obligation of safeguarding the lives of the masses.
The PML-N leader said that the incumbent government has changed three IGPs in three months which led to demoralize the force. The law-enforcement agencies should have conducted raids in areas alongside Data Darbar but the terrorist incident took place due to lack of government's interest which is regrettable, he added.
