Eight govt officers transferred

ISLAMABAD: The Federal Government on Wednesday issued transfer and posting orders of eight officers of Grade 17 to Grade 22.

According to a notification issued by Cabinet Secretariat, Establishment Division, Aurangzeb Haque, a BS-22 officer of Pakistan Administrative Service, presently awaiting posting in the Establishment Division, was posted as Secretary, Parliamentary Affairs Division.

Muhammad Ashraf, a BS-22 officer of Pakistan Administrative Service, presently posted as Secretary, Parliamentary Affairs Division, was directed to report to the Establishment Division.

Wajid Zia, a BS-21 officer of Police Service of Pakistan, presently serving in the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) under Interior Division, was transferred and posted as Inspector General Pakistan Railways Police (PRP), under the Ministry of Railways.

Dr Mujeeb-ur-Rehman Khan, a BS-21 officer of Police Service of Pakistan, presently serving as Inspector General, Pakistan Railways Police (PRP), under the Ministry of Railways, was directed to report to the Establishment Division.

Mian Waheed-ud-Din, a BS-21 officer of Pakistan Administrative Service, presently posted as Chief Secretary, Azad Government of the State of Jammu and Kashmir, under Kashmir Affairs and Gilgit-Baltistan Division, is transferred and directed to report to Establishment Division.

Flt Lt (Retd) Daud Ahmad, a BS-21 officer of Pakistan Administrative Service, presently posted as Additional Registrar, Supreme Court of Pakistan, was transferred and his services were placed at the disposal of Azad Government of the State of Jammu and Kashmir, for appointment as Chief Secretary, Azad Government of the State of Jammu and Kashmir, under Kashmir Affairs and Gilgit-Baltistan Division, in terms of Clause (viii) of Karachi Agreement 1949, with immediate effect and until further orders.

Zarar Haider Khan, a BS-20 officer of Pakistan Administrative Service, presently posted as Joint Secretary, Industries and Production Division, was directed to report to the Establishment Division.

Taha Saleem, a BS-17 officer of Pakistan Administrative Service, presently posted under Government of Balochistan, was transferred and his services were placed at the disposal of Government of Sindh.
