The Director General of Pakistan Rangers, Sindh, Major General Bilal Akbar presided over a high-level meeting, here on Wednesday. The meeting held at the Rangers Headquarters was attended by senior staff officers, prosecution officers and Rangers' law officers, says a spokesman of Rangers on Wednesday. He said that the meeting expressed concern that in spite of the court's directive, the setting up of JITs of 28 accused has been delayed. The DG asked the Ranger's law officers and prosecution officers to pursue the cases in an effective manner for their early disposal.
